But, the study did confirm that oxygen uptake levels and heart rate levels were similar when running or jumping on a trampoline. Trampolines also provide a more beneficial biomechanical stimuli than running. So, if your joints hurt or you just want to exercise without running, try jumping on a trampoline for just 10 minutes a day.
7.Trampolines Can Help You Lose Weight
One of the main reasons people cannot lose weight is because they get bored and stop following diets or exercising. When something is fun, you’re more likely to do it and lose weight at the time. Even people that are physically fit at a proper weight can better maintain their weight passively by jumping on a trampoline for 20 to 30 minutes a day.

10.Trampolines Can Be a Group Activity
Trampolines have a large enough surface for more than one person to jump at one time. This allows you to jump with your kids, or your kids to jump with their friends and have fun as a group instead of alone.
You’ll also build coordination and can play games while jumping on a trampoline.
Many kids play games, such as tag, or have a jumping competition to see who can jump higher. If you want to be creative, you can buy a basketball hoop that attaches to your trampoline’s rim and allows your kids play basketball while jumping on the trampoline for added exercise.
